Initial Screening

We will schedule an initial chat to learn more about your experience, motivations, and expectations, while giving you an overview of the company and the role.

3rd Stage

Team Interview

Meet one or more members of the team, discuss your experience in more detail, and get a feel for the day-to-day work and projects.

4th Stage

Technical Interview

A deeper dive into your technical knowledge, skills, and practical experience relevant to the role.

5th Stage

Final Interview

Get the opportunity to meet directly with the company's founders to discuss any remaining questions and explore the next steps.

Offer

If it’s a match, we’ll present you with an offer and walk you through the details so you can make an informed decision.
